Mazkur maqolada hududlarga investitsiyalarni jalb qilish bo‘yicha ilg‘or xorij tajribasini O‘zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirish va amaliyotda qo‘llash mexanizmlari tadqiq etiladi. Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari hamda O‘zbekiston bilan rivojlanish bosqichi jihatidan yaqin bo‘lgan mamlakatlarning investitsiya siyosati qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Maxsus iqtisodiy zonalar, davlat-xususiy sheriklik, infratuzilma, inson kapitali va raqamli boshqaruv kabi mexanizmlarning amaliy ahamiyati yoritiladi.
