Abstrak

Maqolada shaxsiy sug‘urtaning innovatsion mahsulotlarini rivojlantirish va ular orqali aholi qamrovini kengaytirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda ilmiy manbalarning tizimli sharhi, O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozorining 2012–2025-yillardagi statistik tahlili hamda 10 ta mamlakat empirik tadqiqotlari natijalarining qiyosiy tahlilidan foydalanilgan. Natijalar O‘zbekistonda yalpi sug‘urta mukofotlari 2025-yilda 13,46 trln so‘mga yetganini, biroq hayot sug‘urtasining ulushi 4,4 foiz, sug‘urtaning YaIMdagi ulushi esa 0,73 foiz darajasida qolganini ko‘rsatdi. Tahlillar aholining shaxsiy sug‘urtaga jalb etilishi darajasi mahsulotning ehtiyojga qanchalik mosligiga, tarqatish kanalining qulayligiga va sug‘urtalovchiga bo‘lgan ishonchga bog‘liq ekanini, ular orasida ishonch hal qiluvchi omil ekanini aniqladi. Tadqiqot natijasida mahsulot, kanal, savodxonlik, ishonch va madaniy moslik mexanizmlarini o‘z ichiga olgan aholi qamrovini kengaytirish modeli hamda mikrosug‘urta, parametrik va talab bo‘yicha sug‘urtani joriy etishga oid amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
