Mazkur maqolada mulk qiymatini baholash jarayoni chuqur tahlil qilinib, uning samaradorligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi asosiy omillar va muammolar aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot davomida mavjud nazariy yondashuvlar, amaliy tajribalar hamda xalqaro standartlar bilan taqqoslash asosida baholash tizimidagi kamchiliklar o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, mulk qiymatini baholash jarayonini yanada takomillashtirish, uning shaffofligi va obyektivligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Ushbu tavsiyalar amaliyotga tatbiq etilganda, bozor ma’lumotlaridan samarali foydalanish, baholash metodologiyalarini optimallashtirish va raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali tizimning samaradorligi sezilarli darajada oshishi kutiladi.
