Maqolada ekologik stress sharoitida inson kapitali jamgʻarilishining nazariy-konseptual asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Muallif ekologik stressni mustaqil iqtisodiy kategoriya sifatida taʼriflab, uni qisqa muddatli ekologik shokdan farqlaydi hamda uning inson kapitali jamg‘arilishiga taʼsir etuvchi olti kanalini sogʻliq, kognitiv-taʼlim, mehnat, uy xoʻjaligi investitsiya qarori, migratsiya va institutsional-fiskal kanallarni ajratib koʻrsatadi. Tadqiqotda inson kapitali jamgʻarilishining klassik tenglamasidagi amortizatsiya normasi va investitsiya samaradorligi koeffitsienti atrof-muhit sifatiga bogʻliq endogen kattaliklar sifatida talqin qilingan. Orolboʻyi va Xorazm viloyati misolida “ekologik stress tuzogʻi” hodisasi past inson kapitali, past moslashuv salohiyati va yuqori ekologik zarar oʻrtasidagi oʻzini-oʻzi kuchaytiruvchi qaytar aloqa mexanizmi asoslab berilgan.
