Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston tadbirkorlik subyektlarida mehnat motivatsiyasini oshirish va biznes samaradorligini ta’minlashning nazariy-amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilib, asosiy maqsad sifatida xorijiy motivatsiya modellarini qiyosiy tahlil qilish hamda milliy sharoitga moslashtirilgan konseptual model ishlab chiqish belgilangan, tadqiqot esa qiyosiy institutsional tahlil va tizimli yondashuv metodologiyasiga asoslangan. Yaponiya, Germaniya, Singapur, AQSh va Janubiy Koreya tajribasi o‘rganilib, samarali motivatsiya tizimlarining uchta asosiy tamoyili — moddiy va nomoddiy rag‘batlarning uyg‘unligi, motivatsion liderlikning muhim roli hamda tizimlarning uzoq muddatli izchilligi — aniqlangan. Ushbu tamoyillar asosida adaptiv rivojlanish, adolatli rag‘batlantirish, ichki maqsadlar muvofiqligi hamda psixologik xavfsizlikni birlashtiruvchi “AIM” konseptual modeli ishlab chiqilgan. Mazkur model korxonalarda inson kapitalini rivojlantirish, mehnat unumdorligini oshirish va biznes samaradorligini kuchaytirishga yo‘naltirilgan tizimli yondashuv sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari esa O‘zbekiston tadbirkorlik subyektlarida motivatsion mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish va barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanishni ta’minlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
