Abstract

Mazkur maqola xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida innovatsion boshqaruvning nazariy asoslari va amaliy samaradorligini tizimli adabiyotlar tahlili hamda so‘rovnoma natijalari asosida yoritadi. Unda xizmat innovatsiyasi, yangi xizmatlarni rivojlantirish va ochiq innovatsiya konsepsiyalariga tayangan holda innovatsion boshqaruvning raqobat ustunligini shakllantirishdagi roli asoslanadi. Shuningdek, tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xizmat ko‘rsatish tashkilotlarida innovatsion jarayonlarni tizimli boshqarish uzoq muddatli barqarorlikni ta’minlaydi. Qolaversa, raqamli texnologiyalarni boshqaruvga integratsiya qilish, ochiq innovatsiya va bilimlarni boshqarish yondashuvlari korxonalarning barqaror raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytiradi
