Abstract

Mazkur maqolada iqtisodiyotni raqamlashtirish sharoitida tijorat banklarida muammoli kreditlarni (NPL) qisqartirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida muammoli kreditlarning iqtisodiy mohiyati, ularning bank tizimi barqarorligiga ta’siri hamda raqamli texnologiyalarning kredit risklarini boshqarishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilindi. O‘zbekiston bank tizimining 2020–2025-yillardagi statistik ma’lumotlari asosida NPL dinamikasi baholandi hamda raqamlashtirish ko‘rsatkichlari bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi aniqlandi. Panel ma’lumotlari regressiya modeli yordamida sun’iy intellekt asosidagi kredit skoring tizimlari, Big Data texnologiyalari, Open Banking va raqamli monitoring vositalarining muammoli kreditlar darajasiga ta’siri ekonometrik jihatdan baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamlashtirish vositalari NPL darajasini sezilarli kamaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Xususan, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi kredit skoring tizimlari eng yuqori samaradorlikka ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Xorijiy tajribalar tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston bank tizimida muammoli kreditlarni qisqartirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari bank risklarini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirish va moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.
