Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarida muammoli kreditlar (NPL) ulushini kamaytirish va ularning oldini olishda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining qo‘llanishi o‘rganildi. Xususan, Zypl.AI kabi sun’iy intellektga asoslangan skoring modellarining amaliy joriy etilishi kredit arizachilarining nafaqat bankdagi moliyaviy faoliyati, balki boshqa to‘lov va majburiyatlardagi odatlarini ham tahlil qilish imkonini beradi. Ushbu yondashuv kreditga layoqatlilikni aniqroq baholash, jarayonlarni tezlashtirish, operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish hamda samaradorlikni oshirish orqali bilvosita muammoli kreditlar hajmini qisqartirishga xizmat qiladi. Natijada, bank kredit portfeli sifati yaxshilanadi va moliyaviy barqarorlik mustahkamlanadi.
