Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklari tomonidan jismoniy shaxslarni kreditlashning iqtisodiy mohiyati va nazariy asoslari klassik hamda zamonaviy iqtisodiy yondashuvlar asosida tizimlashtirilgan. Naturalistik va kapital yaratish qarashlari, neoklassik va keynscha yondashuvlar, monetarizm, axborot asimmetriyasi, moliyaviy beqarorlik, hayot sikli va doimiy daromad gipotezalari, shuningdek, xulq-atvor iqtisodiyoti va raqamli kreditlash konsepsiyalari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Uy xo‘jaliklarining kreditga bo‘lgan talabi daromad va iste’molning vaqtlararo nomutanosibligi, likvidlik cheklovlari hamda kredit riskini baholash mexanizmlari bilan bog‘langan holda izohlangan. O‘zbekiston bank tizimining rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlari asosida jismoniy shaxslarga kreditlar ulushining o‘sishi va qarz yukiga doir dolzarb holatlar yoritilgan. Maqolada jismoniy shaxslarni bank kreditlashning raqamli texnologiyalar, avtomatlashtirilgan skoring va mas’uliyatli kreditlash tamoyillarini qamrab oluvchi takomillashtirilgan mualliflik ta’rifi taklif etiladi
